DCNUP/S-Urban Design 01 Qualification and Experience: 12A.1 Specialist- Education:

National

S/he must have at a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable University. An advance degree in urban design/planning will be an advantage. Relevant skills:

Proficiency in using Windows operating system, professional two-dimensional design software (e.g., AutoCAD) will be essential.

Person specification:

The candidate must be pro-active, willing to take challenge and find innovative solutions, a team-player within a multi-disciplinary team. S/he should pose management skills and ability to trouble-shot as and when necessary. Candidates must be able to work under limited supervision and experience of working in multi-disciplinary team environment.

Experience:

S/he must have at least 10 (Ten) years of relevant experience of which at least Four (4) years' proven experience of working on urban development projects; at least two (2) years of experience with construction site management. Prior experience of working with local government agencies and in donor-funded projects will be of advantage..

1. Applicants are requested to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Comprehensive curriculum vitae including desired remuneration and attached verifiable credentials demonstrating qualifications and professional experience).

2. Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available upon request from the address provided below either through email or in person.

3. The consultants will be selected using the selection of Individual Consultant in accordance with the current World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020.

4. Expressions of Interest shall be submitted by 02/05/2024 during office hours on weekdays either in sealed envelope sent to Project Director, and be clearly marked "Expressions of Interest [Name of the Position]". 5. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all REOIs.
