02. The following documents must be attached with the job application form:

(a) 4 (Four) copies of 5X5 cm freshly taken by the job candidate. Mr. Size color photograph to be attached with the application form (to be attested by a Gazetted Officer First Class). The number and date of the bank draft/pay order and the name of the bank branch issuing it should be mentioned in the application form.
