Educational Qualification-

(a) Graduate (Honours) or equivalent degree in Science from a recognized university must have passed the examination.

(b) Standard Aptitude Test 2 should be passed in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.

(a) Graduation or equivalent degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics from a recognized University.

(b) Must have computer skills.

(a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

(b) Proficiency in computer operation and typing speed of at least 20 words per minute in Bengali and 20 words per minute in English.

01. Interested candidates can apply online as per the instructions published on the website http://cspatuakhali.teletalk.com.bd. No direct/postal applications will be entertained.

02. The latest regulations of the government will be followed in the matter of appointment and quota determination.

03. Age of applicant 18/03/2024 AD. Minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on date. However, the maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of sons and daughters of Veermuktijodha/martyr Veermuktijoddha and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Age will be verified on the basis of date of birth given in SSC Certificate/National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.

04. Candidates working in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time after obtaining the approval of the appropriate authority following the Government Rules (within the prescribed age limit) and the No Objection Letter (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination of all the post candidates. Original copy must be submitted compulsorily.

05. If the permanent address mentioned by the candidate in the application form is different from the permanent address mentioned in any certificate or elsewhere or if the husband's address is used in the case of female candidates, then in that case the candidate should mention the National Identity Card (NID) in favor of the changed permanent address with the Mayor of the concerned City Corporation/ Certificate signed by Ward Commissioner/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/Union Parishad Chairman should be submitted.

06. For the post of Health Assistant, the candidate should be a permanent resident of the Ward (Old) for which he is applying. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can also apply. However, if the eligible candidates are not found from the residents of the respective ward, the eligible candidates of the neighboring wards will be selected.

07. The list of Health Assistant vacancies (Ward, Union, Upazila wise) is available in Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer's office and Civil Surgeon's office (www.cs.patuakhali.gov.bd) website and notice board.

08. If any information provided by the candidate is proved to be secret, untrue or false or if any kind of fraud or corruption is resorted to before or after the examination or even after the appointment at any stage, legal action will be taken (against the candidate) including cancellation of the examination or appointment of the candidate.

09. If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has married or promised to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude or has been dismissed from the service of a government or autonomous institution or local authority, he/she may apply. Do not be considered eligible.

10. Candidates can apply for only one post. If applying against more than one post, all his applications will be considered cancelled.
