Job Context: Delta Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading life insurance companies in Bangladesh, providing life insurance services by a team of highly-motivated and skilled professionals, invites applications from the deserving candidates for the following positions:

1. Head of Internal Audit

Qualification: Master's in any business discipline with Chartered Accountants (CA) /CFA qualified.

Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in Senior Management position in the field of Internal Audit/Accounts or Finance in any reputed corporate house or financial institutions.

2. Head of Training Institute

Qualification: Master's in any discipline from a reputed public/private university with excellent academic background.

Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of working experience in related field in a reputed organization or any training institutions, preferably in banking sector.

3. Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Qualification: Master's in Accounting or Finance. Candidates having qualified CA/CMA/CFA will be given preference.

Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of working experience on capital market, money market & bond market and at least 5 years of experience in senior management position in any renowned bank, NBFI, insurance company, asset management company or merchant bank. He/she is primarily responsible to provide investment strategies that generate sustainable returns for the Company.

4. Senior level Executive for Establishment & Estate Department

Qualification: Master degree in any discipline from a reputed public/private university with excellent academic background.

Experience & Skills: Minimum 10 years of working experience in related field in a reputed organization. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Preference will be given to retired army officer in the rank of Major and above.

5. Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Mid-level)

Qualification: Master's in any business discipline with Chartered Accountants (CA) qualified. Experience & Skills: Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field.

6. Human Resources Executive (Mid-level)

Qualification: BBA & MBA with HRM.

Experience & Skills: Must have 6 years of working experience in the related field with KPI expertise.

Age Limit: Not over 50 years for SI # 1, 2, 3 & 4 not over 40 years for S1 # 5 & 6. The educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation and Other Benefits: Contributory provident fund, gratuity, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonus are available after confirmation.
