Deputy Country Director

The Deputy Country Director with good knowledge of ICT technologies and Project delivery, work with a team of product experts to create project team and lead project team to delivery successfully. Your responsibility will be to ensure project delivery successfully, closely collaborating with Huawei subcontractor.

As soon as possible

• Deliver quality and cost optimized delivery proposal according to customer RFP.

• Build project team and make project master plan according to contract SOW and timeline.

• Lead Huawei project team during project delivery phase

• Huawei project interface to customer project team, up to CXO level • Create and optimize project delivery methods.

• Support special projects (e.g. trials, key product activities, etc). • Train local/regional project teams

•Strong working knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Graduate degree in the any discrepancy but computer science is preferable.

Minimum 10 years of work experience in Senior Position of Telecommunication Sector.

This is a field-based position and working and living conditions may be very different to that previously experienced.
