Accordingly, the office of Civil Surgeon under the Directorate of Health, Kishoreganj and the institutions under its control are directly employable in grades 11-20 (previously 3rd 4th grade) in Kishoreganj and the institutions under its control for the following vacant posts from the permanent residents of Kishoreganj district subject to the following conditions http://cskishoreganj.teletalk Online at .com.bd website

03. Citizenship:

3.1 The candidate must be a permanent resident of Kishoreganj District and submit National Identity Card (NID)/Birth Registration Certificate and Citizenship Certificate issued by the appropriate authority of the concerned Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident as per the conditions mentioned in the recruitment circular.

3.2 If the Permanent Address mentioned by the candidate in the application form is different from the permanent address in any certificate, national identity card or elsewhere or if the address of the husband is used in case of female candidates, then in that case the candidate should submit the National Identity Card in favor of the changed permanent address. 8.3 The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to the recruitment test shall be final.

05. The rules, conditions and examination fee submission time for filling online application form for all posts are as follows:

Date and time of application form filling and fee submission start 19/03/2024 AD. 08/04/2024 AD from 9.00 am. till 04.00 pm. Only the candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee by following the prescribed procedure described in the notification through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application online.

As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form. Candidates shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam related need.

In the case of said recruitment, the recruitment process will be completed through written and oral (practical in applicable cases) examination as per category wise applicable schedule as per Bangladesh Health Department Non-Medical Recruitment Rules 2018, Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules-2019 and rules issued by Ministry of Public Administration.

In case of health assistant post, the concerned union should be a permanent resident of the old ward. Residents of other wards of the same union can apply. However, candidates from other wards will not be considered if eligible candidates are found who are residents of the concerned old ward.
