As a Senior Quality Developer (Footwear), you oversee the enhancement of supplier quality capacities in line with the company's PO strategy, ensuring customer-centric product delivery. You assist Quality Leads in coaching and training teams to improve skills and competencies, leveraging your expertise. Serving as a proactive role model, you innovate solutions, share ideas, and tackle challenges collaboratively. You collaborate closely with assortment teams to understand customer expectations and translate them into supplier quality capabilities. Finally, you drive initiatives like supplier self-reliance and develop operational systems to foster efficiency and enable business growth.

Technical Diploma in Footwear Technology from any reputed footwear institution is preferred. In case of having vast experience/knowledge in the footwear industry, educational qualifications may be taken into consideration.
