We are urgently searching for dynamic, energetic, detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking profession- al in our New Hope Animal Nutrition Bangladesh Company Ltd. with the following details: a) Technician (Electrical) 05 persons. Fully capable to recognize, maintain and perform to make fune tioned of modern electrical equipment, Perform maintenance of electrical systems, alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed, Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations. b) Technician (Mechanical) 05 persons. Repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards, monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

c) Technician (Animal Food & Nutrition) - 04 persons. Fully capable to maintain proper nutrition quality and standard. Proper knowledge about seasonal effect. Proficient to using testing tools is must. Test new formula or feed items for nutritional analysis, Monitor feed safety in preparation, handling, storage and service closely.

Qualification: For all above positions at least 02 years diploma/trade course or SSC with 02 Years Vocational course with 05 years working experience in relevant field.

Remuneration and benefits (Monthly): Basic salary Tk. 140,000 to 160,000, House rent Tk. 30,000, Conveyance Tk. 3,000.

a) Supervisor (Electrical) - 04 persons. Maintain and ensure machineries, equipment and electric function are ready to perform. Guide to technician team. Knowledge about preventive and schedule maintenance. Designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staff. Troubleshooting major system fail- ures and equipment malfunctions. Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment. Overseeing the pur- chasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment on-site. Maintaining a safe and clean work area. b) Supervisor (Mechanical) 04 persons. Maintain and ensure machineries and equipment function are ready to perform. Guide to technician team. Supervision Installation and Repairs of all related machinery. Completes daily duties in a manner that maintains compliance and seeks out opportunities for improve- ment within Feed Safety and Quality program. Assists and provides input for Capital projects, equipment upgrades or expansion and budget planning. Supervises mill operators for shift operations.

e) Supervisor (Animal Food & Nutrition)-05 persons. Maintain and control day to day standard nutrition. check raw Martials nutrition balance and formula considering season, Evaluate the chemical score and nutritional value of feeds, feed supplements, grass and forage for commercial animals. Formulate diets and rations to maximize growth, reproduction, health and/or performance. Research the effectiveness of dietary regimes, conduct animal-based studies and laboratory trials;

Qualification: For all above positions at least 03 years graduation with 05 years relevant experience or HSC/equivalent with 07 years' experience. Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role.

Remuneration and benefits (Monthly): Basic salary Tk. 150,000 to 170,000, House rent Tk. 25,000, Conveyance Tk. 3,000.

Other skills for all post: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, fluent in Chinese language will give prefer, Team playing aptitude, Computer literacy, Bangladeshi or any other nation. Experience shall be well equipped, modern and computerized feed mill, Poultry Hatchery and breeder farms. The person should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for technology. Outstanding technicians possess sound knowledge of their trade and superb active listening skills.
