Educational qualification
10,200-24,680/- (Grade-14) a) Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university;
b) Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and basic computer troubleshooting; (c) Basic understanding of computer hardware;
(d) Computer typing speed minimum 20 words per minute in English and minimum 20 words in Bengali.
9,300-22,490/- (Grade-16) a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized Board of Education; b) Experience in computer operation; And
(c) Computer typing speed minimum 20 words per minute in English and minimum 20 words in Bengali. Conditions:
03. Candidates for all posts should have prescribed speed of computer typing.
04. Any information regarding the recruitment can be found on the Rangpur district website (www.rangpur.gov.bd) and on the notice boards of the District Commissioner's office, Rangpur and all Upazila Nirbahi Officers' offices of Rangpur district. 05. Required information should be provided as per the prescribed application form instructions.
06. Terms and conditions related to online application form filling:
(a) Interested candidates can visit this website http://dcrangpur.teletalk.com.bd and fill prescribed application form launched by Ministry of Public Administration. Online application will start on 09/04/2024 from 10:00 AM and will end on 08/05/2024 up to 5:00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within that period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (within) hours from the time of submission of application form online.
(b) Candidates shall scan their signature (length 300 × width 8o Pixel) and color photograph (length 300 x 8o Pixel) in the online application form and upload it at the designated place.
(c) Since the information mentioned in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of the information in the application form before sending the application form.
(d) The candidate shall retain a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related requirements.
(3) Rules of sending SMS and payment of exam fee Fill the application form (Application Form) online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Candidates will get an Applicant's Copy with a User ID, Photo and Signature after submitting the application form accurately. After downloading the Applicant's Copy, print it in color and save it. A User ID number will be provided in the Applicant's Copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number for each post examination fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred), Teletalk service Deposit 23/- (twenty three) taka including non-refundable total taka 223/- (two hundred and twenty three) within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted.

(f) Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on http://dcrangpur.teletalk.com.bd web site and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so keeping the mobile number active all the time, reading the SMS and following the received instructions immediately is prohibited.
(g) Using the User ID and password sent in the SMS, the candidate should take a print (if possible colored) of the admit card containing the roll number, post name, photograph, exam date, time and venue name etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and, if passed, at the time of the practical and oral tests.
