Educational qualification and experience

A. At least 2 first class in education including Ph.D./equivalent degree Must have Division/A Grade including First Division/Class/A Grade in any of Bachelor's and Master's Degree and 12 years experience in University or equivalent educational institution; Including 5 years of experience as Associate Professor. At least 15 publications including 7 as Associate Professor. or

b. Must have minimum 2 First Class/Department/A Grade with MPhil/Equivalent Degree and total experience of 18 years in University Level Educational Institution; Including 6 years of experience as Associate Professor. Must have at least 15 publications; 7 of them as associate professors. or

c. 4 years Bachelor's and Master's Degree with Honours/ 3 years Bachelor's and Master's Degree with Honours. Must have a minimum of 3 first division/class/A grades and a total of 20 years of experience in a university level educational institution; Including 7 years of experience as Associate Professor. Must have at least 15 publications; 7 of them as assistant professors.

d. Candidates with minimum CGPA of 3.0 can apply. Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) will be equivalent to Professor in government research institutes. Candidates of both Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering can apply for the post of Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department.

Interested candidates for the above mentioned post should reach the resume and one copy of application letter by post to the Registrar, Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET), Kadirabad, Dayarampur, Natore by 17th April 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.

2. Attested photocopies of all certificates, attested photocopies of national identity card and citizenship/character certificate issued by the local UP chairman and three copies of passport size attested color photographs should be submitted along with the application form.

1000/- in favor of Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology (BAUET), Qadirabad towards examination fee for the said post should be enclosed with the application form.

Citizens of Bangladesh and permanent residents of all districts can apply for the mentioned posts. Exam date and time will be informed later. Payment of any transportation/per diem allowance to the examinees

Candidates have to produce original copies of all certificates and transcripts at the time of examination/interview.

The number of posts may be less/more. Salary is negotiable.
