The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:

1. Age of the candidate should be between 18 to 30 years (except sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyrs and physically challenged).

2. Age limit for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates is 32 years.

3. Application form will not be accepted if the candidate is under or over age.

4. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.

Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. At the time of oral examination the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority must be submitted.

No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.

The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.

Candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth and own district and all other information must be written exactly as it is written in the relevant certificate in the online application form and in all subsequent documents.

Any printed/handwritten application or documents sent by post or by any other means will not be accepted. The decision of the appointing authority regarding the appointment shall be final.

Conditions for filling the application form:

Candidates who wish to participate in the exam will fill the application form on http://dae.teletalk.com.bd website. The application deadline is as follows:

i. Online Application Form Filling and Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time: 04/03/2024 10:00 AM. Last date and time for submission of application form in iiOnline: 04/04/2014 at 5:00 PM.

First SMS: Write DAE<space>User ID and send to 16222.

Reply: Applicant's Name Tk. 223 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is XXXXXXXXXX. To pay fee Type DAE <Space> Yes <Space> PIN and send to 16222.

Second SMS: DAE<space> YES <space> Enter PIN and send to 16222. Example: DAE YES XXXXXXXXXX

Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, payment completed successfully for DAE Application for XXXXXXXXXXXX User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (xxxxxxxx).

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course at http://dae.teletalk.com.bd or Department of Agriculture Extension Website: www.dae.gov.bd and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and venue name etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test.

Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Serial and PIN by following the below mentioned SMS procedure only from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.

i. If User ID is known: DAE<space>Help<space> User <space> User ID & Send to 16222. Example: DAE HELP USER ABCDEF

ii. If PIN Number is known: DAE<space>Help<space> PIN < space > PIN No & Send to 16222. Example: DAE HELP PIN 12345678

Apart from the newspaper, the notification is also available on the web portal of the Department of Agricultural Extension (www.dae.gov.bd) and http://dae.teletalk.com.bd or the job portal of Bangladesh's only state mobile operator Teletalk via QR Code scan https://alljobs.teletalk.com .bd can also be accessed directly on the website. Recruitment test date, time and other information will be published on the web site (www.dae.gov.bd) and will be informed through sms.
