According to 'Directorate of Government Vehicles Recruitment Rules, 2019 (SRO No.-411-Act/2019)' and Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat dated 11/01/2014 No. 80,00,0000.202.64.031. In accordance with the recommendation of letter No. 23(Part)-04, the undermentioned candidate is temporarily appointed in the Directorate of Public Vehicles in the post and pay scale mentioned next to his name subject to the following conditions:

Terms of Employment:

(1) The appointment shall take effect from the date of joining;

(2) Complete the dope test and submit the certificate;

(3) The appointee shall serve as Apprentice for 2 (two) years from the date of joining. The appointing authority may terminate the employment of the apprentice without assigning any reason, if the authority considers that his conduct and performance are unsatisfactory or unlikely to be efficient;

(4) At the time of joining, the original copy of this appointment letter must be submitted along with the photocopy;

(5) such 'matters' not specifically mentioned in the appointment letter shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations;

(6) His seniority in the service shall be determined in accordance with the merit order drawn up for the post concerned under the Rules;

(7) No TA/DA will be granted for joining the service.

If you agree to join the service under the mentioned conditions, you have to submit the joining letter to the Additional Secretary, Administration Division, Ministry of Public Administration, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka by April 30, 2024. If you fail to join within the stipulated date, the appointment letter will be considered cancelled.
