Brief description of work: Membership admission, team formation, loan disbursement, collection of loan installments and savings at scheduled time for post No. 1 through survey. Candidate Eligibility and Other Conditions : HSC pass candidates for post No. 1 should have at least 1 year of work experience in savings and loan collection activities in any microcredit institution certified by Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA). Experience is not required for Graduate/Post Graduate candidates, but candidates with experience will be preferred. For post No. 2, at least 3 years of working experience as Branch Manager in micro credit operations in an MRA certified micro credit institution. For post No. 3, minimum 3/4 years of working experience as Zonal Manager in micro credit operations in MRA certified micro credit institution with credit standing of Tk 100 Crore and ability to manage 20/25 branches. Age is relaxable for experienced candidates.
