3. Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist Registrar Office

Educational qualification and experience

a) Post Graduation and minimum 2 (two) years experience in Office Assistant/ Office Assistant-cum-Recordkeeper/ equivalent post.

or

b) Graduate and having at least 5 (five) years professional experience in equivalent post of Office Assistant/Office Assistant-cum-Recordkeeper. CGPA below 2.5/Class III is not acceptable at any stage of academic career in both 'a' and 'b' above.

a) Graduate pass and Diploma in Library Science.

or

b) HSC or equivalent pass and certificate in Library Science with 2 (two) years experience in related work.

CGPA below 2.5/Class III is not acceptable at any stage of academic career in both 'a' and 'b' above.

a) Graduate pass and should have satisfactory experience of working with various package programs on computer.

or

b) HSC or equivalent pass and 2 (two) years experience working with various package programs on computer.

CGPA below 2.5/Class III is not acceptable at any stage of academic career in both 'a' and 'b' above.

4. Interested candidates for the above posts should send their name, father's name, mother's name, permanent and present address, date of birth, nationality, national identity card number, mobile number, educational qualification and experience etc. details on white paper and attested copies of all certificates and testimonials of educational qualification and experience. Attached with the set: Bank Draft (Non-Refundable) of Tk 300/- (Three Hundred) issued on Jahangirnagar University Campus Branch from any branch of Agrani Bank in favor of Registrar or CD of Agrani Bank Ltd, Jahangirnagar University Campus Branch through Miscellaneous Deposit Receipt from any branch of Agrani Bank - 0200001738242 No. 300/- (three hundred) by depositing the said deposit receipt and 7 (seven) copies of application along with 2 (two) copies of passport size attested photographs should reach the Registrar by 18-04-2024.
