Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Memorandum No-Swasebi/Prsha-1/AD/1C-01/2012-100 Dated: 14/01/2014 Bangladesh Health for the recruitment of manpower for permanent revenue sector grade wise vacancies in Civil Surgeon Office of Jhalkathi District and subordinate offices. According to the Departmental Non-Medical Staff Recruitment Rules/2018, applications are being invited online from the permanent citizens of the district subject to the following conditions.

Educational qualification and experience

(a) Graduate (Honours) in Science from a recognized University or | Degrees of Equivalence: and

(b) Should have passed the Standard Aptitude Test in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.

(c) Every 05 strokes shall count as one word in both Bengali and English alphabets.

(d) In case of more than 5% error, it will be considered that no speed has been achieved.

(e) Candidates who have passed the written test will be allowed to appear in the practical test only and those who have passed the practical test will be allowed to appear in the oral test only.

(b) In case of computer usage, word processing, data entry and typing etc. should have minimum speed of at least 25 words per minute in Bengali and at least 30 words in English.

(c) Transcription minimum Bengali 45 words per minute and English 70 words per minute.

(d) Candidates who have passed the written test will be allowed to appear in the practical test only and candidates who have passed the practical test will be allowed to appear in the oral test only.

(b) Computer skills and MS in computer usage Should have experience in word, excel, power point, data entry. (c) Typing speed should be minimum 20 words per minute in Bengali and minimum 20 words per minute in English.

The age of the applicant should be minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on 31/03/2014 A.D. However, in case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyr freedom fighters and physically challenged, the maximum age is 32 (thirty two) years. Affidavit is acceptable for proof of age. Age will be proved on the basis of date of birth given in SSC certificate/national identity card/birth registration certificate.

The application deadline is as follows:

Online Application Form Filling and Examination Fee Submission Start Date and Time 01/04/2014 from 10 AM onwards. Last date and time for submission of online application is 28/04/2014 till 4.00 PM.

Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of online application submission.

Candidates will upload their color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels in the online application form. Image size should be within 100kb maximum.

Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online. The candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in again.

Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any exam related need. Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee Online - Fill the application form (Application Form) as per the instructions and upload the picture and signature. After completing the submission of the application form, the application preview with the picture can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application correctly will get an Applicant's copy with a User ID, photograph and signature. Applicant's copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. A User ID number will be given in the Applicant's copy and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 2 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee for the post No. 1 to No. 5.
