(a) Graduation or equivalent degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics from a recognized University. (b) Proficiency in computer operation.
(c) Minimum speed for computer typing is 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.
(d) Experience and skills in computer word processing, data entry and typing including e-mail, fax, browsing etc.

(c) The minimum speed for computer typing is 20 words per minute in Bengali and 20 words per minute in English.

1. Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Barisal district as per national identity card.
2. Age of the applicant should be minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on 04/04/2024. Children of Heroic Freedom Fighters / Martyred Freedom Fighters / Physically Handicapped Maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years. It should be noted that the age limit of the freedom fighter's grandchildren is 30 (thirty) years. In case of proof of age, SSC Certificate/National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate should be submitted as proof A. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age
3. Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Applications received through any medium other than online will be treated as outright cancellation. The signature of the candidate must be identical in the application form, written, oral and practical (where applicable) examinations.
4. Those who have applied online for the post of Statistician and Health Assistant are not required to reapply as per the recruitment circular published as per Department of Health's Memorandum No-Swa-Adhi/Prsha-2/3rd Grade Recruitment-4/2028/6354,Tang-11/12/2018 AD.
5. Candidates who have cleared the written examination for the post of Office Assistant-cum-Computer Numerologist and Driver will have to participate in the practical test on the relevant subjects as per the recruitment rules. Candidates who have cleared the practical test will be eligible to appear in the oral test.
6. The applicant should mention all his acquired educational qualifications/experience in the application. Educational qualification/experience not mentioned at the time of application will not be considered further. In case of degree obtained from a foreign university, equivalent certificate issued by the concerned Ministry of Education/University Grants Commission (UGC) must be submitted at the time of oral examination.
7. Candidates for Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time after taking approval of appropriate authority following the Government Rules and original copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination of all the candidates. Must be submitted.
8. The latest rules and regulations of the government will be reflected in the recruitment and quota setting.
9. In case of Health Assistant post, the candidate should be a permanent resident of the ward (old) for which he/she is applying for the post. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can apply (in this case the ward in which the candidate is a resident must be mentioned in the application form).
