(a) In addition to the above salary, the appointed candidate will be entitled to house rent allowance, medical allowance, festival allowance and other ancillary facilities as per Government/Academy rules.
(b) Appointed candidates will be apprentices (on entry) for the first 6 (six) months of appointment. The period of apprenticeship can be extended by another 06 (six) months if the performance, conduct is not satisfactory during the apprenticeship or for any other reasonable reason. In the extended period, if the authorities feel that the conduct and work of the candidate is not satisfactory or there is no possibility of being efficient, then the authorities can terminate the employment of the appointed candidate without giving any opportunity to show any reason. The appointment will be made permanent in the prescribed manner after the satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship period.
(c) The employment of the appointed candidate shall be regulated as per the Employee Employment Regulations of Rural Development Academy, Bogra-2015.
