Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health Services, Administration-1 Branch, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka Memorandum No. 45.009.011.01.00.01.2013-24, dated: 03/01/2018 and Memorandum No. 4500.0000.180.11.00323-426 , Date: 15/02/2024 As per the clearance received in the original, Civil Surgeon Office, Manikganj and various health institutions under its control for the recruitment of 11-20 grade (previously 3rd and 4th class) manpower on temporary basis for vacant posts under revenue (permanent and temporary) sector, Manikganj. Online applications are invited from the permanent residents of the district on the website http://csmanikganj.teletalk.com.bd subject to the following conditions. Educational qualification. experience
a) Graduate in science department or equivalent from a recognized university b) Computer literacy with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English should pass Standard Aptitude test.
a) Graduation or equivalent degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics from a recognized University
(b) Proficiency in computer operation.
a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination with second division or equivalent GPA from a recognized board.
b) Computer skills and experience in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, data entry.
c) Typing speed should be at least 20 words per minute in Bengali and at least 20 words in English.

Age of all the candidates should be minimum 18 years and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on 02/04/2014 except for Veer Muktijodha/Son/Daughter of Veer Muktijodha/Disabled. Maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of Veer Muktijodha/Son/Daughter of Veer Muktijodha/Disabled. Note that no affidavit is acceptable for proof of age. Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Applications received through any medium other than online will be treated as outright cancellation. The same person cannot apply for more than one post.
According to the notification dated 08/10/2018 dated 08/10/2018 of the Department of Health, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Memorandum No. Swaadh. Their application will be considered admissible if correct and their age will be admissible subject to prior notification. They can participate in the said recruitment test based on the currently issued recruitment circular and eligible candidates will be issued admit cards to participate in the said recruitment test.
Candidates who qualify the written test will have to attend the practical test (where applicable) on the relevant subject as per the recruitment rules. Candidates who clear the practical test will be eligible to appear in the oral test.
The applicant should mention all his/her educational qualification/experience in the application.
Candidates employed in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time after obtaining the approval of the appropriate authority following the Government Rules and submit the original copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
The latest regulations of the government will be reflected in the recruitment and quota setting.
10. For the post of Health Assistant, the candidate must be a resident of the Ward (Old) for which he/she is applying. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can apply (in this case the ward in which the candidate is a resident must be mentioned in the application form. But eligible against vacancies in the concerned ward
