In view of the clearance letter issued in original, Chandpur District Superintendent of Police office, subject to the following conditions, the permanent residents of Chandpur district must fill in the prescribed form/table by hand filling the application (by post/ directly) being invoked.

01. Description of documents required to be attached with the application form:-
Educational and other qualifications
a) Passed Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
b) Passed the examination as per the notification published on 24th September 2019 by Ministry of Public Administration Rule-1 Branch or Schedule-5 of Bangladesh Gazette.
(c) Must be physically fit.
A. 4 (Four) copies of passport size color photographs (attested by 1st class gazetted officer).
b. 1 (one) copy of Citizen Certificate regarding permanent residence issued by Mayor/Administrator of Municipality or Councilor of City Corporation and Union Parishad Chairman in case outside City Corporation area (as applicable).
c. 1 (one) copy of original/temporary certificate of educational qualification and experience (attested by gazetted officer of 1st class).

And 1 (One) attested photocopy of National Identity Card or Birth Registration Certificate.

The attesting/certifying first class gazetted officer shall have the legible name, ID No., designation and seal.
G. Original certificate signed by Hon'ble Minister/Minister of State of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and countersigned by Hon'ble Prime Minister, Adviser to Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Parliament or signed by the Secretary of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and countersigned by Hon'ble Minister along with application for employment as a son/daughter/grandson/granddaughter of candidate freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter Provisional certificate should be attached with the application form.
h. 100/- (one hundred) Taka 100/- (One Hundred) to Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank through challan to Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank through automated challan Code No- 1422326 (Examination Fee) deposited in Government Treasury: Original copy of challan to be submitted with application form.

02. Conditions:-
A. The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Chandpur district.
b. If the Permanent Resident and Citizenship Certificates are found to be false, the applicant's application/recruitment letter will be canceled outright and legal action will be taken against both the applicant and the issuer of the certificate.

d. Age limit is relaxable upto 32 years in case of freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter children/freedom fighter family members. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible.

Quota of Freedom Fighters/Martyred Freedom Fighters/Family Members of Freedom Fighters, Women, Ansar & VDP Orphans and Physically Handicapped Candidates will be duly followed in recruitment as per Government Policy.
The concerned candidate has to participate in the written, practical and oral examination conducted under the control of the selection board on time.
G. Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations should reach the office of the undersigned within the stipulated time through appropriate authorities. In this case, no advance copy of the application will be accepted.
