World Concern Bangladesh is a non-governmental organization working towards the overall development of the poor in urban and rural areas of Bangladesh through micro-finance activities. Applications are invited from honest and hardworking female candidates for the post of "Program Officer" for the Urban Micro Credit Program in various working areas of Dhaka city operated by World Concern Bangladesh. The post details and requirements are mentioned below:

Post Description and Responsibilities:

Post Name: Program Officer Work Location: Different Areas of Dhaka City.

Age: 22-35 years.

• Salary: 15,000/- (Taka Fifteen Thousand) only during Apprentice period

| 2-3 years of experience in any micro credit scheme in private organization or any other organization Salary will be negotiable in case of candidate.

Other Benefits: Other benefits provided by the organization will be provided on completion of apprenticeship.

Main Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• In order to run small businesses in various working areas of Dhaka city, underprivileged poor women of Dhaka city should be screened and small loans should be provided among the screened poor women and specific installments should be collected on time. To make the poor women financially independent by providing micro loans.

Borrowers need to be assisted in various ways to grow their business.

Prerequisites:

Educational Qualification: At least B.A./B.Com./ B.Sc or equivalent pass.

Other Terms:

The candidate should have the mentality to work among poor women in different working areas of Dhaka city.

Poor women need to be motivated and encouraged to become self-reliant.

Candidate should have basic knowledge about computer and mobile.

• The selected candidate must provide two sureties.

1. Candidate's complete CV and 1 recent passport size photograph.

2. Attested photocopy of proof of educational qualification, national identity card and experience (if any).

3. The CV should mention the names, addresses and telephone numbers of two previous supervisors (under whose supervision the candidate has worked directly) as references or, if the candidate has no relevant work experience, the names, addresses and telephone numbers of two established persons as references.
