Recruitment Notification

Date: 13 March 2024 AD.

07 November 2023 AD of the field administration branch of the Ministry of Land. In view of the memorandum number dated 31.00.0000.086.11.009.19.524 to fill up the following posts in 15 Upazila Land Offices, 06 Circle Land Offices and Union Land Offices including Revenue Branch of Chittagong District Administration. By the Ministry of Public Administration from permanent residents of Chittagong district for recruitment of manpower on temporary basis as per National Pay Scale 2015. Conditions of Application

Educational qualification and other qualifications

Passed in Second Division in Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination with GPA below Second Division or equivalent from a recognized board.

01. The candidate must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Chittagong district.

02. Candidate age limit is 20.03.2024 AD. Must be between 18 to 30 years on date but age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible. Age is not relaxable in case of departmental candidates

03. Application form containing false/incorrect information/defective application will be rejected without assigning any reason. If any information or documents submitted/provided by the candidate is found to be false/false at any stage during the recruitment process or even after recruitment, his/her application/selection/recruitment will be canceled and legal/administrative action will be taken against him/her for furnishing false/wrong information. 04. At the time of oral examination, original copies of all types of certificates mentioned below should be brought along.

a) Copy of all original/temporary certificates related to educational qualification, experience certificate (if any);

b) Citizenship certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Councillor;

c) National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate;

d) Freedom fighter certificate of the freedom fighter child's father/mother or father/mother's father/mother issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs as per the latest decision of the government in the case of applicants for freedom fighter quota;

e) Certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad, Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Councilor of the City Corporation stating the relationship of freedom fighter with the candidate.

f) Certificate issued by Orphanage/Kindergarten registered by Directorate of Social Services in case of orphan candidates;

(g) certificate issued by the competent authority in case of disabled candidates;

h) In case of candidates who are members of Ansar and Village Defense Forces, the respective candidate is a member of Ansar and Village Defense Forces, the certificate issued by the District Commandant Ansar and VDP;

j) Tribal identity certificate issued by the concerned Upazila Nirbahi Officer/District Administrator's office in case of tribal candidates j) Certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority to the candidate in support of his quota claim

k) Attested copy of downloaded Applicant copy;

l) Attested photocopy of admit card of written examination;

05. "Ministry of Lands Field Level Officer-Employee Recruitment Rules, 2021" will be followed to fill the vacant posts in this recruitment circular. Further all existing government rules and regulations related to recruitment and any subsequent amendments will be followed. 06. The job candidate has to apply for the permission of the appropriate authority within the prescribed time and submit the said permission during the oral examination.

07. Any recommendation or solicitation regarding recruitment will be considered disqualification of the candidate. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance and rejection of the application will be final. No objection can be raised in this regard.

08. Authority reserves the right to change/extend/modify/add/delete and cancel the terms and conditions of this notification without assigning any reason.

09. After selection as per the above information, only eligible candidates will be called to appear in the written test on the scheduled date and candidates selected in the written and practical (where applicable) tests will be invited to appear in the oral test at the discretion of the authority.

10. The terms and conditions imposed by the Government will be applicable for appointment and employment in the appointed posts.

11. Due to the publication of this recruitment notification, the authorities will not be obliged to accept the examination or provide the appointment to the candidate posts.

12. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for participating in the selection test.
