TMSS

Field Executive

TMSS is one of the largest non-profit and philanthropic private development organizations at national level. Applications are invited for the following posts on an urgent basis in the "Primark Sustainable Cotton Program (PSCP)" project being implemented by this organization.

Vacancies: 50 people

Work Location: Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka and various areas of Mymensingh Division.

Job Type: Project Term.

Responsibilities:

•

Formulation of monthly action-plans and implementation within stipulated time frame.

Formation of cotton farmers' groups in the districts and upazilas determined by the project as per the rules of the project.

Providing training, team meetings, monitoring and supervision to cotton farmers.

• Encouraging farmers to grow cotton and implement awareness activities.

• Coordinating with concerned stakeholders.

• To implement the work directed by the organization.

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Agriculture / Graduation with experience in agriculture based work.

Experience: Preference to those having practical experience in implementing agriculture based projects.

Age: Maximum 35 years.

Qualifications: Must have Motorcycle Driving License.

Salary: 21,650/- inclusive of travel and mobile allowance.

2. Selected candidates will have to provide security (refundable with dividends) of the amount prescribed by the organization at the time of joining.

3. Original certificates of educational qualification and experience should be brought at the time of participation in the selection examination.

4. Those previously exempted from TMSS employment must mention TMSS work experience while applying. However, TMSS does not require the dismissed worker to apply.

5. Only shortlisted candidates will be given opportunity to participate in the examination.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection test
