Employee Appointment Clearance and Memorandum No. 46 .00.0000.064.11.085.15-217 Dated: 03/04/2024 A.D. In pursuance of the order extending the period of clearance granted for the recruitment of employees received in Harinakundu Municipality on full temporary basis for the recruitment of people for the following vacant posts from genuine Bangladeshi citizens under the following conditions. Conditions:

1. Candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen.

Educational qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 2 years experience in accounting.

Higher Secondary Certificate exam pass or equivalent qualification with speed of 30 words in Bengali and 40 words in English. Age limit is relaxable in case of Class 4 employees working in Municipal Corporation. However, there should be prescribed educational qualification for this post.

Graduation degree from a recognized university.

Must have passed Madhyamik from a recognized Board of Education. Preference will be given to candidates trained in Immunization.

2. The applicant should reach the office of the undersigned by post during office hours with the hand written application on white paper to the undersigned. No hand-to-hand applications will be accepted.

3. Full CV of the candidate in the application form : (a) Name, (b) Name of father/husband, (c) Name of mother, (d) Permanent address, (e) Present address, (f) Date of birth, (g) 06/05/ 2024 AD: Age as on date, (h) Nationality, (j) Religion, (j) Educational Qualification, (k) Experience (if any) etc. to be mentioned.

4. In case of recruitment quota will be reserved as per government regulations. In case of special quota candidates, the name of the quota should be mentioned in the application form and attested copy of the certificate should be submitted.

If the candidate is a child of a martyred freedom fighter, then he/she has to submit the attested copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Freedom Fighters in favor of his/her father/mother/grandfather.

6. 03 (three) copies of recent passport size attested color photographs, attested copies of all educational qualification certificates, attested copies of birth certificates, attested copies of National Identity Card (if any) along with application form, character certificate issued by 1st Class Gazetted Officer, Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Citizenship certificate issued by Mayor/Administrator/Councilor of City Corporation should be submitted. All certificates/photographs should be attested (seal with name) by a gazetted officer of 1st class.

7. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Applicant age must be between 18-30 years as on 06/05/2024 AD: However, the age is relaxable up to 32 years in the case of children of freedom fighters.

8. A candidate cannot apply for more than one post.

9. 500.00 (Five Hundred) Bank Draft/Pay-Order from any Scheduled Bank should be submitted along with the application form to the Mayor, Harinakundu Municipality.

10. In case of departmental candidates should apply through appropriate authority.

11. Defective or incomplete applications will be treated as outright rejection.

12. This appointment will be governed by the Municipal Employees Employment Rules 1992.

13. No TA/DA will be given to the candidate for appearing in written or oral examination.

15. The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance/rejection of application and appointment shall be final. No objection can be raised in this regard.

17. It is to be noted that in the light of the employment circular dated 01/09/2022 (which was published in "Dainik Samakal" and "Dainik Navachitra" newspaper on 06/09/2022) Candidates who have applied for recruitment to the post(s) need not reapply. their predecessors
