According to the clearance obtained through this, custom house, Dhaka for the vacant posts of Grade-11 and Grade-14 on a temporary basis as per the rules for direct quota recruitment of manpower for the following posts conditionally from genuine Bangladeshi citizens online (http://dch.teletalk.com.bd ) Applications are being invited within the stipulated time. Applications sent through any medium other than online will not be accepted.

(a) Science from any recognized University Feni, Jaipurhat Graduation (Honours) or equivalent degree in 13 departments. (b) Must have passed the Standard Aptitude Test in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.

01/04/2024 AD Age limit is 18-30 years in case of general candidates, minority ethnic groups, orphans, sons-daughters of Ansar-VDP candidates and sons-daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. Age limit is 18-32 years for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. No affidavit will be admissible for proof of age.
The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of the concerned district.
Candidates employed in Govt/Semi-Government Organizations are required to collect No Objection Letter from the concerned authority after submitting the application form online and before the oral examination. The permission letter must be produced during the oral examination. No advance copy will be accepted in this case. If the candidate is the son-daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter or son-daughter of son-daughter, it should be clearly mentioned in the application form. The applicant should mention his latest educational qualification in the application. Incomplete/defective application will be rejected without assigning any reason.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:
After completing the online application form by properly filling the application form and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. If any information is wrong in the Applicant's Copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the photograph/signature is not correct, then one can apply again (online) only without depositing the application fee. Note that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after the submission of application fee, therefore, before submitting the application fee, the candidate must download and save his recent color photograph, accurate information and signed PDF copy in the Applicant's Copy. A User ID number will be written on the Applicant's Copy and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-Paid Mobile number in the following manner for the application fee of 300/- (Three Hundred) for the title of Serial No. 1 of the above table. Taka 35/- (thirty five) including service charge of teletalk (non-refundable) Total 335/- (three hundred and thirty five) Taka; No. 2 rank application fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred) and teletalk service charge Tk 23/- (twenty three) including (non-refundable) a total of Tk 223/- (two hundred and twenty three) within 72 (seventy two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted until the examination fee is submitted.
Rules of SMS:
First SMS: Write DCH<space>User ID and send to 16222. Example: DCH ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant's Name, Tk-335/223 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678, To pay fee type DCH<space>Yes<space>PIN and send 16222.
Second SMS: DCH <space> Yes <space> Enter PIN and send to 16222. Example: DCH Yes 12345678
Reply: Congratulations (Applicant's Name). Payment Completed Successfully for DCH Application for (Post Name) User ID (ABCDEF) and Password (xxxxxxxxx ).
After sending the second SMS, you will receive the password in the return SMS. The User ID and Password received through SMS should be saved for future use.
Only eligible candidates will be intimated on the website of http://dch.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate's mobile phone in due course after the application deadline. Written, practical and oral tests will be conducted with the same admit card. All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, hence the said number
