01. Description of documents required to be attached with the application form:-
A.
Educational and other qualifications
a) Passed Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
b) Passed the examination as per the notification published on 24th September 2019 by Ministry of Public Administration Rule-1 Branch or Schedule-5 of Bangladesh Gazette.
(c) Must be physically fit.
4 (Four) copies of passport size color photograph (attested by 1st class gazetted officer).
b. 1 (one) copy of Citizen Certificate regarding permanent residence issued by Mayor/Administrator of Municipality or Councilor of City Corporation and Union Parishad Chairman in case outside City Corporation area (as applicable).

f. The attesting/certifying First Class Gazetted Officer shall bear legible name, ID No., designation and seal.
G. Original certificate signed by Hon'ble Minister/Minister of State of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and countersigned by Hon'ble Prime Minister, Adviser to Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Parliament or signed by the Secretary of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and countersigned by Hon'ble Minister along with the application for employment as the son/daughter/grandson/granddaughter of the candidate freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter. 02. Conditions:-
A. The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Chandpur district.
b. If the Permanent Resident and Citizenship Certificates are found to be false, the applicant's application/recruitment letter will be canceled outright and legal action will be taken against both the applicant and the issuer of the certificate.

d. Age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in case of freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter children/freedom fighter family members. No affidavit regarding age will be admissible.
