Regarding the schedule of oral examination to be held for direct recruitment to the post of senior officer in ICB Asset Management Company Limited.
In view of circular No. 01.02.5289 published on March 30, 2023 for the purpose of direct recruitment to the post of Senior Officer of ICB Asset Management Company Limited, oral examination of the following 69 (sixty nine) candidates who passed the MCQ and written examination held on January 26, 2024 by the Board of the Company as per the schedule below Room, Green City Edge (5th Floor), 89, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000 will be held at:

No interview card will be issued separately for the oral test; However, the admit card of the written test held earlier will be treated as the admit card of the oral test. Candidates must report 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time for the oral examination. Candidates are required to produce the original copies of the following supporting documents in support of the terms and conditions of the recruitment notice and the information mentioned in the online application and one set of attested photocopies of the same must be submitted to the Associate Members of the Oral Examination Board immediately before the oral examination in order:
1. Candidate's handwritten application form addressed to the President, Recruitment Committee, ICB Asset Management Company Limited, 89, Kakrail, Dhaka;
2. 03 copies of recent color passport size photograph (Candidate's name and roll number should be written on the back of the photograph);
3. Exam admit card;
4. Certificates of all educational qualifications (SSC/Equivalent Certificate, HSC/Equivalent Certificate, Four-Year Graduate/Graduate (Honours) Certificate and Marksheet, Post Graduate Certificate and Marksheet in order);
5. Four years Bachelor/Graduate (Honours)/Post Graduate Certificate/Marksheet if the date of publication of results is not mentioned Certificate of date of publication of results issued by the office of the Controller of Examinations or Registrar;
6. Equivalent certificate (with mention of class/department/GPA/CGPA) issued by the concerned Board of Education/University/University Granting Commission of the country in case of passing 'O' Level/'A' Level examination or degree from foreign university;
7. Nationality Certificate/Citizenship Certificate recently issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Commissioner in support of the permanent address mentioned in the application;
8. Certificate of proof of freedom fighter certificate to candidates related to freedom fighter;
9. In case of disabled candidates, the certificate issued in favor of the disabled from the concerned department and
10. No objection letter from their self appointing authority in case of job candidates
Special note
a) The Company reserves the right to amend the published results if any correction is required for any reason.
b) The Company reserves the right to cancel the candidature without any communication with the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process due to incomplete/faulty information/documents submitted by the candidate and inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the recruitment circular.
c) Candidates will not be given any TA/DA for appearing in the oral examination.
