Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Health Service Department Administration-1 Branch Memorandum No-Swasebi/Prsha-1/PH/2C-17/96-119 Dated-15/01/2024 AD According to the office of the Civil Surgeon, Barguna and various health institutions under its control 11-17 graders (previously 3rd class) included in the revenue department, for the recruitment of manpower for the following vacant posts, apply online at http://csbarguna.teletalk.com.bd from the permanent residents of Barguna district, subject to the following conditions. being called Applications will not be accepted through any medium other than online.

Educational qualification and experience
a) Graduation or equivalent degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics from a recognized University.
d) Must have computer skills.

Application Conditions and Instructions:
Candidates from all districts can apply.
Permanent only in Barguna district
Residents can apply.
1) Interested candidates can apply online as per instructions published on http://csbarguna.teletalk.com.bd website. No direct/postal applications will be accepted.
2) The latest rules and regulations of the Government shall be followed in the matter of recruitment and quota determination.
3) Age of the applicant should be minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on 14/03/2024 AD. However, the maximum age is 32 (thirty-two) years in case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible in proof of age. Age will be proved on the basis of date of birth given in SSC certificate/national identity card/birth registration certificate.
4) Candidates working in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organizations within prescribed age limit as per Govt Rules must apply within prescribed time after taking approval of appropriate authority and original of No Objection Letter (NOC) issued by appointing authority at the time of oral examination of all the post candidates. Copy must be submitted compulsorily.
5) If the permanent address mentioned in the application form by the candidate is different from the previous certificate or the permanent address mentioned elsewhere, the citizenship certificate signed by the Mayor/Ward Commissioner/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/Union Parishad Chairman of the concerned City Corporation should be submitted.
6) In case of the post of Health Assistant (Serial No-04) the candidate should be a permanent resident of the Ward (Old) for which he is applying. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can also apply. However, if eligible candidates are not found from the residents of the concerned ward, eligible candidates from the neighboring wards will be considered.
7) Vacancy list of Health Assistants (Ward, Union, Upazila wise) will be available on notice board and website of Civil Surgeon office and all Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer offices.
4) If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or is engaged to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude or has been dismissed from the service of any government or autonomous institution or local authority, he shall be eligible to apply. Do not qualify.
